If you are anywhere in mainland United States and wish to send a package to Peru either to Lima or provinces you can come directly to our Miami offices or if you're in another state or city you can simply send us your packages for warehouse in Miami with the details of your shipment and we'll take care of the rest.

Do not forget you must be registered on our page so we can notify you when we receive your package. You will have to send us the receipt from your purchase in jpeg or PDF format at our email encomiendas@shipemllc.com. The receipt must have the following information:

Delivery schedule and delays
When your package arrives to Peru we will begin the process of customs clearance. This can have 3 different results: Green which does not require any extra, process, Orange which requires a revision of the documentation and can take two or three days or Red which requires revision of documentation and physical revision and can take between two and four days depending on the presentation of the documents required by customs. If your package goes through the Green it will be ready for delivery within 24 hours. If it goes through the Orange or Red Channel you can expect somewhere between three and four days approximately.
